Copier Service Technician

We are looking for Copier Service Repair Technicians with previous copiers and/or printers repair experience (although we would train the right candidate). We are seeking individuals who enjoy teamwork, possess a good work ethic and communicate well.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Providing high quality technical support to our customers
  • Communicating with customers and sales representatives to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Troubleshooting and solution development skills
  • Managing time & resources

 
REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Great mechanical/electrical aptitude
  • A+ or N+ certification is a plus
  • Certification and 1 year experience is highly preferred
  • Reliable vehicle and clean driving record
  • Job requires bending, kneeling, standing, moving of large objects, and lifting of up to 50 lbs
